Many university students want to study abroad but are unable to fit it into their schedule, budget, or specific academic requirements.

We've created a linguistic and cultural immersion program without the formal coursework, that's rooted in experiential learning beyond classroom walls.

Open Door Eligibility
We're committed to making immersion experiences open to more people, especially graduating college seniors, graduate students, and post-grads, looking for a transformative experience before their next step in life. We welcome participants regardless of language level or student status to join our program.
Flexible and Customized
We offer a healthy balance of programmed activities and free time to explore the city on your own, making it possible to work on other projects like grad school apps, an online course, or studying for the GRE. Additional optional activities and opportunities for service work allow you to choose your own adventure and customize your experience.

My summer abroad in Granada, Spain truly was an experience of a lifetime! The beautiful culture, people, food, and inclusion I felt from the community made me fall in love with the city in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend this experience to anyone who is wanting to practice their Spanish language and speaking skills without the pressures of a grading system. After my university told me I wouldn't be able to study abroad because of a deadline, I was crushed. I went to my professor and told her about the news, but she told me about Beyond Language Immersion: Holly and Darío had already realized the need for this program.
