Excursions

We kick off the month with a two-night stay in Madrid, the bustling capital city and cultural center of Spain. On our way to Granada, we stop in the picturesque medieval city of Toledo, and then continue on a scenic bus ride through the Spanish countryside, arriving at our home base in Granada. From there, we have weekend excursions to Sevilla, Córdoba, and the beautiful Costa del Sol on the Mediterranean Sea. A free weekend at the end of the month could be used for independent travel to other nearby cities...or extra time at the beach!

Group meetups

Group check-ins provide structure, support, and group engagement throughout the month. Led by your trusted coordinators, check-ins are time for us to sit down and talk about what we've seen, heard, and experienced. It's a time to ask questions and reflect on different aspects of the cultural immersion experience. We'll also weave in some practical language coaching, particularly upon arrival, to help you navigate life in Spanish throughout the month.

Our program coordinators are an integral part of the program. They serve as cultural guides and logistical aids, providing 24-hour on-site support to participants. Coordinators accompany the group on all excursions and activities, and are eager to help participants navigate the challenges presented by the immersion experience.
