Ready to apply? Here's how! The 3-step application process is simple and entirely online, with no official transcripts or academic records required. Once your application materials are received, our team will contact you to schedule a Zoom interview. ​Applications for Summer 2023 are accepted until
February 3 (or until spots fill).

The first step is to complete the online application form. This will allow us to learn a little about you and why you wish to participate in the program. It is simple and straightforward, and will take only a few minutes to complete.

Please select two (2) individuals to complete the character reference form on your behalf. References can be current or former coaches, professors, supervisors, mentors, or community members who know you well and can comment on personal qualities that are relevant to the immersion context.

To reserve your spot in the group, we require a non-refundable $700 program deposit, which counts toward your program fee. The program deposit also signifies your commitment to participate in the program, so your application will not be complete until the program deposit is paid.
